Very! Nutty Granola

This is a really great granola that packs a lot of nuts and seeds into your morning.
I love it with a full-fat, grass-fed Greek Yogurt. Here’s my favorite:

 1 ½ cups Almonds
 1 ½ cups Pecans or Walnuts
 1 cup Almond Flour
 ¼ cup Sunflower Seeds
 ¼ cup Chia Seeds
 ¼ cup Ground Flax Seed
  cup Whey Protein Powder
 ½ cup Swerve or Erithrytol, White Sugar or Brown Suger
  cup Peanut Butter
 ¼ cup Butter, Melted
 ¼ cup Water

1

Place almonds and pecans/walnuts in a food processor and rough chop.

Add all ingredients but peanut butter, butter and water and mix well.
Combine the melted butter, peanut butter and water. Pour over the combined dry ingredients.

Spread out on a parchment paper lined pan.
Bake at 300 for 30 minutes, stirring halfway.

Cool and store in the refrigerator.
