Roasted Grapes

Easy roasted grapes. You can add fruit to your yogurt without added sugar! Don’t be put off by the vinegar. Reduced Balsamic is sweet and delicious.

Simple Recipe:

1/3 Cup Balsamic Vinegar for 2 cups of red seedless grapes.

Simmer on stove top until the vinegar is reduced and most of the grapes have split or strawberries are soft. Cool.

I tried this with strawberries and it was great. It didn’t lose any strawberry flavor and again, no added sugar!

This is a great add-in to yogurt. I love it with my low-carb granola. Lots of protein thanks to the seeds, nuts and yogurt.
