Montreal Steak Seasoning – Where it Began

There are variations on the recipe and the story. Some don’t contain the dill, but I think it’s what sets it apart. It gives that “I can’t figure out what it is, but I like it” quality.
Use it everywhere! Salmon and other seafood, switch up your chicken game, and of course, burgers.

 3 tbsp Paprika
 2 tbsp Black Pepper
 3 tbsp Salt
 3 tbsp Granulated Garlic
 2 tbsp Granulated Onion
 2 tbsp Ground Coriander
 2 tbsp Dill Weed
 2 tsp Cayenne Pepper

Combine all ingredients and store in a cool, dry and dark place - a cupboard!

Montreal Steak Seasoning

Use organic if you can.
If you have garlic powder or onion powder in the cupboard and not granulated, go ahead and use that.
