Food Plan for 5/13/18

This is a week for using pantry and freezer items. My only purchase so far has been a package of boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
I purchased this kit a few months back. I love Pad Thai and haven’t put much effort into making it myself. I guess the “Food Network” branding caught my eye. I usually don’t buy processed foods.

It ended up making 3 large meals. I used half of the chicken breast, and cooked the other half and put in the fridge.

I also ate one of the pre-cooked rices from Tasty Bite. I like the plain brown rice they have.
