Chai Tea

A wonderful blend of spices, at the ready in your fridge, for a great cup!

Authoradmin

Yields16 Servings

 ¼ cup Ground Cardamom
 ¼ cup Ground Cinnamon
 4 tsp Ground Cloves
 4 tsp Ground Ginger
 2 ¼ tsp Ground Nutmeg
 2 ¼ tsp Ground Allspice
 ¼ tsp Ground Cayenne

1

Combine all spices.
Store in a cook, dry place.
You'll have enough of this spice blend to make about 10-12 8 oz. recipes.
Seriously! That comes out to about 160 or more servings!

Mix 1 Tbsp. of your spice blend into 1 can of sweetened condensed milk.
Store in the fridge overnight for flavors to blend.

2

Add 1 Tbsp. or less of the goop blend to a freshly brewed, unflavored black tea.
An Assam tea works well here.
I'm a loose tea user only. Go ahead and use a Lipton tea bag if you wish. Brew it strong - maybe use 2 bags!

Chai

Update – I tried this in the evening in a Rooibos with Lavender.
Delish!
